Pastor Orville Littlejohn

Pastor Littlejohn was born on the evening of July 8, 1959, the second of five sons to the union of Abraham and Julia V. Littlejohn. As a native of Dayton, Ohio, he was exposed to strong Christian values very early in life. In April of 1967 he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and under the pastorate of the late Reverend D.V. Revere he united with the Saint Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Throughout his forty-year membership at St. Luke, he actively served in many capacities. In October of 1989 he accepted the call to the prophetic ministry and on the night of November 5th preached his first sermon.

Rev. Littlejohn served for ten years under the leadership and tutelage of Pastor Sylvester Walker rendering service ranging from teacher of the New Membership Orientation to Evangelistic Outreach Coordinator.

He continued his academic pursuits by attending Sinclair Community College where he completed all the necessary requirements for an Associate of Science Degree in Quality Engineering in 1989 and an Associate in Business Administration in 1995, graduating with honors. He also attended Wright State University in Dayton where he achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1999. He was honored by the National Dean’s List as one of America’s Outstanding College Students (22nd Edition, Volume I). In 1999 he was also inducted in the National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity known as Sigma Iota Epsilon. He is presently continuing his studies in the Masters of Divinity program at Ecumenical Theological Seminary.
